There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent Realtor. Of most importance to Alan, is the ability to discover and address the diverse needs, wants, expectations and concerns of his clients.  This only comes by sincerely caring about people, combined with practical experience and a lot of education. That said, Alan has found the ability to listen and be sensitive to people’s needs as the essence of good service and is dedicated to producing results his clients will be happy with. His long-term business plan and success is built on client referrals and testimonials.

Alan’s focus includes Boston, Back Bay, Downtown, Cambridge, East Cambridge, Brookline, Coolidge Corner, Newton, Somerville, Davis Sq., Arlington, Belmont, Brighton & surrounding areas.

Licensed in 2003. Broker’s license in 2009. A member of the Boston Real Estate Board and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In addition to listing properties for sale, Alan has his accreditation as a buyer’s representative. He is also an investor and owns income-producing property in the Boston area. Whether buying, selling or investing, Alan strives to make the entire experience of helping home buyers and sellers rewarding by conducting his business with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Personal History:

Prior to his real estate career, Alan was a graphic designer for many years.  After that, he became President and owner of Biograph Records Inc., an independent music label.  After selling the business in 2002, he decided to work in real estate because it allowed him to continue to work in an entrepreneurial field. He’s found his former experiences have given him an excellent basis for his career in real estate, especially in regards to his design sense, marketing and general business knowledge.  His college years were spent at Northeastern University here in Boston and then at the State University of NY at Stony Brook where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology, a subject that has undeniably come in handy as a real estate agent.
